Metal fabrication
Bespoke steel and stainless fabrication made to fit — frames, brackets, guards, gates, platforms and one-off assemblies.

Made to fit, not to stock
Fabrication work is for the parts you cannot buy: the frame that has to sit around existing pipework, the guard that has to clear a moving belt, the bracket that has to pick up on holes somebody else drilled twenty years ago. Everything is made to the dimensions in front of us rather than to a standard range.
Mild steel is the everyday material — box section, angle, flat, plate and tube — with stainless used where corrosion, hygiene or appearance demand it. Aluminium is handled for lighter assemblies. Fixings, bushes and machined details are made in house so a finished assembly arrives complete rather than as a kit of parts.
How a job runs
01
Drawing or measure-up
Work starts from your drawing, a sketch on the back of an envelope, or measurements taken off the existing item. Where there is nothing to work from, we measure up and agree dimensions first.
02
Cut, form and fit
Material is cut, drilled, bent and fitted up dry so tolerances, hole positions and clearances can be checked before anything is permanently joined.
03
Weld and finish
Welded in a sequence that keeps the assembly straight, dressed where it will be seen, and prepared for paint, galvanising or powder coating as required.
